There are many sites on the internet which provide libraries of past games played by both professionals Grandmasters and amateurs alike. These libraries include games from famous matches, tournaments and world championships, and also amateur games from local tournaments. You can even start a library of your own games online if you’re so inlined.
Some of these are Static Libraries which provide you with the historical games mentioned and can not be updated by users or User Game Libraries. While others can be created and modified by users to allow for the capture and display of any games a player may deem worthy of recording. Â
